The price includes: Round trip transportation from Ketchikan to El Capitan Lodge via seaplane; all meals and beverages (except liquor); deluxe accommodations, use of boots, rain gear, and fishing equipment; nine hours per day of guided fishing; vacuum packaging and freezing of your catch; and your fishing license. Except for your personal clothing, toiletries, liquor, and freshwater lures and flies (available for purchase at the lodge), the price you pay will cover everything you need.
RESERVATIONS/PAYMENT POLICY
Reservation requests will be held for 10 days pending a $900 non-refundable deposit per person. Due to our short season and high demand for space, your reservation may be released for further bookings if deposits are not received. A payment of $500 pp is due January 15, with a final payment due by April 1st. Full payment is required for reservations made after April 1st. El Capitan Lodge accepts checks, Visa, or MasterCard.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits received are non-refundable. A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total package price will be assessed to cancellations made less than 120 days prior to tour date. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total package price will be assessed to cancellations made less than 90 days prior to tour date. GRATUITIES
Gratuities are customary for the lodge crew and normally average 10% of your package price. However, tips are dependent on your satisfaction with the service provided and are at each individual's discretion. |
