Favorite Bay Lodge

This Luxury Wilderness Resort is located on the placid waters of Southeast Alaska’s Admiralty Island. We offer incredible salt and fresh water fishing, kayaking, rainforest hikes, whale watching and our popular culinary classes.

Within minutes of the lodge you will find all 5 species of wild Pacific salmon, halibut, rockfish, and a variety of trophy sized trout – the fishing is world-class and plentiful. Fly-fishing in the nearby lakes and streams is like nowhere else.

Join our gourmet French chef, Pierre Coutou, in the demonstration kitchen and learn how to prepare fresh fish, create traditional French sauces, pastries and/or help prepare the evening’s four-course gourmet dinner. Return home with fantastic new recipes and the secrets of their preparation.

Guests will enjoy an unsurpassed luxury wilderness resort offering gourmet Euro-Asian cuisine, 12 distinctly designed guest rooms with lodgepole furnishings, native Tlingit artwork, plush bedding and soaking tubs. Our expansive native cedar Great Room with floor to ceiling windows offers a view to all that nature has to offer. Relax near the fire in our sunken fireplace or enjoy a book in our cozy loft
