Yes Bay Lodge
Saltwater & Fresh
Water Fishing at our Family run Resort
For over 20 years, the
Hack family has been welcoming guests to Yes Bay Lodge.
Unlike most fishing resorts in the state, Yes Bay Lodge
is able to offer guests a wide range of freshwater and
saltwater fishing, due to its’ unique location. The
myriad of lakes, streams and rivers located within a
short distance of the lodge, offer some of the finest
trout and Dolly Varden fishing available in Southeast
Alaska, while the steelhead fishing is world-class.
For the fresh water angler, there are
five species of salmon that spawn in the areas, including
king, silver, sockeye, pink and chum. In addition to the
plentiful salmon, you may opt to bottom fish for
Halibut, Rockfish, and Lingcod

Equipment
The lodge
operates 20’ Olympic convertible soft-top boats,
which seat 2 guests comfortably. Each boat is
equipped with Evinrude Outboard motors, Furuno
graphs, and downriggers. Graphite rods with Penn
reels and foul weather gear are provided for your
convenience. For fresh water fishing, spin-casting
gear, both ultra-light and medium weight, are
provided; however guests should bring their own
favorite fly-fishing equipment and waders. The
most successful local fly patterns are available
in the gift shop.
